Wheel Offset Will they work

I am looking at a set of rims for my S2k. I have the veilside kit with the fender flares and my car is lowered 1.25 front and rear. Here are the rims im looking at.
Front: 18x8.5 +32 Offset - Rear: 18x9 +33 Offset

I am not sure with the body kit. I can tell you they will not fit without fender modification.
