Thumbs up wheel stud question

So I'm running wheels that are 17x9 with a +35 offset. I bought a set of open end muteki lug nuts. The lugs will eventually come loose after a week of driving probably like 20 miles a day if that. Then ill begin to hear the clicking noise, and tighten the loose lugs. it's mainly my front. but my rears will come loose as well every now and then. The studs do not come all the way through the lugs, there still is a couple threads left.

so I'm assuming I have to run extended studs? which will fix my problem?

The stud doesn't have to go all the way through the nut as long as you have a proper amount of turns. It sounds like something else to me, maybe the incorrect lug nut seat type or hubcentric rings/wheel bore is keeping your wheels from mounting flush.

hmm that's what i was thinking because the lug does cover more than half of the thread.

I never checked for hubcentric rings. ill have to do that.

thanks man
