Wheels?

Just a question. It seems that any wheel of "S2000 spec" is pretty weak. The RPF1 seems to be the only wheel with concavity that offers normal fitment for S2000.

I already knew that RPF1 are played, but really after IA and the 90% of S2K on them I really have to go another route. I like my fitment of the RPF1 which is the typical +45x9 out back, and with me running staggered, I have the look I want as my front "bubble face" x8 make the rear look that much better.

I do want to look at other options, but does anything else have a decently deep face and doesnt require flare kits, or stancing trash to fit? I could have had a set of Miester S1 for my RPF1 +cash, which along with CE28's are my fav wheels, but the guy had 'correct' S2000 offset, which really makes the wheels look bad IMO. Same thing with S2000 CE28's..

I'm interested in seeing responses as well. I love the Enkei NT03, but the "correct" S2000 fitment doesn't look as nice as the more extreme offset concave fitments. :( There might not be much of a choice without some fender rolling.

Considering you are running +45 9" RPF1 in your S2000 im assuming you have your fenders rolled. There are only 2 wheels that look good and give the concaveness your after without having to roll the fenders and thats the SOS Spec Advan RSII which "adrs2k" is running and the SOS Spec Advan RG-D. IMO... they're the best looking wheels with stock fenders.

On my personal AP2 im running a square set of Volk CE28N in 17x9.5 +47 wrapped in a set of 255/40/17 Hankook RS3. I had to roll fenders flat and run a -2.7 camber all around to clear without having to pull my fenders. I don't rub at the track or at the street. You may be able to get away with less negative camber if you run different tires as the RS3 run wide.

This is what I dont get; that is a 9.5 wheel with very little to no concavity. I had CE28's on my Prelude in 8 wide, and they look more aggressive than that set. Offset was +38, but that is an 1 1/2 difference.

Keep the ideas coming. I'm also hoping I can get into something else chrome because its the only thing that works with Suzuka.

I know. Maybe I could go XXR 527? Concave at any fitment. LOL.

I think its a good option LOL. But as you point out, over done. I mean when I was pulling into Import alliance...next to a S2K on the exact same set I have. Behind one with 9 square, and saw 90 percent with some type of RPF1 set up. Black, chrome, white, silver, sqaure, staggered, just too many. 4 S2000's DIDNT have RPF1's. LOL.

But it makes the 9" rears look better when on the same car. Also I do believe in 15 the 8 wide is the deep face.

I did get the idea or CR Kiwami from someone. Concave rears there, and can get in chrome.

Some extreme fitments in there that probably won't work for you, but still a good resource.
