I would like to have a set of wheels with tires for the track, and a set of wheels for street tires. In an ideal world, a set of used stock wheels would be great, but I'm willing to buy any wheels which look nice and are not heavier than the stock wheels, if the price is right. What's the best way to go about finding a set appropriate for this use?

Acker Wheels sells used stock alloy wheels. I was happy with a set I got for my CRX si.

 

Keep browsing the "For Sale" forum here. People will be replacing their stock wheels/tires with aftermarket ones, and will be looking to sell the stockers. Stock '00-'03 wheels can be had for under $1000 for a full set, I believe. It took a few years for prices to fall that much, however, since it's all about supply vs demand.
