Question "Will these fit"

Looking at some Apex rims 17x9.5 +51 square. Will these fit on a lowered (1") stock suspension, No fender work. If so what tire size would you recommend for proper fitment. I don't want to modify the fenders if I don't have to. I am finding out it's hard to find OEM specs as far as rim size without modifing the fenders.
Thanks for the advice in advance.

No. Not without fender rolling. get the 17x9 +61 wheels from Apex if you don't want to roll fenders.

Apex has a fitment guide.

Lowered 1 inch and if running 255s you still need to roll the fenders. I barely contacted a front fender lowered 1 inch, -2.6 degrees of camber WITH rolled fenders and 17X9 + 63 on a bad off track adventure. I have seen a few other s2000s running the old TRM C3 17X9 + 63 with the same setup as mine with torn front fender lips from tire contact. While less likely I would not run that setup lowered without rolling the fenders. Super easy to roll them and much better than the chance of ripping up a fender.

One of my sets is the Apex VS5RS that I run with the hoosiers. They are nice wheels. Becoming super common at the track across many types of cars. Good price for what you get.
