It comes down to personal preference and availability. I have seen:
9" +63, +54
9.5" +50, +47
10" +45, +44
Higher offset will be easier to fit, but really they all require fender work with exception of 9" +63. I think Evasive has a new order on the 9.5" +50 going in soon.

yeah pretty much comes down to preference. i have 4x 9.5+47. 245/255
be prepared to do some work with sway bar if you go non staggered. some don't, but the majority do.
how low you wanna go has a lot to do with it. if you arent dropping the car i would say 9+63 only. possibly +54 on the rear but then its not exactly staggered. the benefit of the high offset 9J widths is less fender work to run 255s.
if you want 255 on a 9.47 you likely will need slight pulling, a very good roll you could get away with a skinny 245.
the 10s you should be prepared to do rolling/ pulling and a bit of negative camber. BUT, if you can find some old school high offset 10+60 or 10+70 you could do a lot less fender work.
