I can offer a little experience to this discussion, AP2V1's and AP2V2's have about 1/2" of indent where your stud would be if you run spacers but AP2V3's offer only about 1/4". I have installed hub centric 15mm spacers with integrated studs on both my cars without any clearance issue, one car has V1's and the other has V2's but my AP1 that wears the V1's is lowered about 3/4". I have driven it all season and have just barely rubbed the inner liner in the front about a half dozen times, if you plan on lowering your car 1" then I would take Manga's advice and maybe think about a 10mm spacer for clearance. Good luck and nice choice on the new coilovers.
