will a set of 350z wheels fit our car?

The bolt pattern is the same, but the offsets are not.

Wheel bore is too small to fit on the front hub.

The Nissan factory wheels will not work without drilling out the center bore and the offset is too low so they will stick out.
Like others mentioned they will not fit without a lot of work.
