Default Aftermarket Lugs on stock rims

I am about to trade my Works for some Ap2 V2's and I was wondering if I could use my Muteki Lugs on the stock rims?

They look to be the same design but I am not sure! I know some aftermarket will work and some won't but some advice would be great!

Thanks ahead of time

no they are not the same...even though it seems like they fit, they are not sitting properly on the wheels. technically you could use them and if you kept tightening and torquing the muteki lugs down they would eventually create an acorn seat on the stock wheels and sit right, but then you wouldnt be able to use oem lugs.

What lugs can I use then?

I hate the chrome lugs and want black

AP2 is right. Stock Honda lugs have a rounded seat (I think it's called ball seat?) while aftermarket lugs have a conical seat. I wouldn't mix the two...unless you want a wheel flying off!

I know that Spoon makes some gun metal lugs that fit stock Honda wheels. You can check those out.

It does not matter now anyways as the buyer showed up with some stock Ap2's as part of the trade that were completley messed up

FYI

I've actually tracked my car with Volk Lugs on my OEM AP2s with RA1 tires. Wheels didn't fall off at Buttonwillow nor did they fall off at Horse Thief Mile. Granted, I probably should not have been running on them...

Lugs look like shit when you paint them cuz they just get chipped up when you put them on

not very brilliant idea doing that cause they could have loosened themselves while driving
