Anyone running the 17x8.5 +48 slipstreams?

Default Anyone running the 17x8.5 +48 slipstreams?

I was just looking for some input on fittin a 255 on the rear, anyone doing it?

i have seen plenty of people with 17x7+45 and 17x8+45 but not too many with the 7.5+48's....let me know!

The 255 would need to have at least an 8.5 width wheel. I would say with that offset even if you had the 8.5 wheel you would need to roll the fender lips.

I am running slipstreams 17 by 7.5 +45 with 215/45/17 and 17 by 8.5 +48 with 245/40/17. The S is not lowered but there plenty of space to lower the car without rubbing. So you can get a similar set up and you will be fine. As for 255's in the back i am not sure so thats why went with 245 to be safe. By simple inspection 255's with an 8.5 rim should be fine, but make sure to double check.
