Default Ap2 rear wheel with 255 tire square setup AP1

What’s up guys, I was just wondering if it is possible to run 2 ap2 wheels on the front of an ap1? And if so is fender rolling going to be necessary? Spacers or anything like that? If not I can look into rpf1’s that have the right offset and stuff I was just wondering. I personally enjoy the s2 staggered but I am getting an hks gt sc soon and it’s time to work out the grip situation.

Yes, it is possible. Rear wheel bore is 64.1, front is 70.1 so you need either a 5mm spacer to clear the front hub or bore out the wheel to 70.1. Depending on ride height, alignment, etc you could possibly run without rolling front fenders. RPF1's are only available in lower offsets so you would definitely need a roll and maybe a pull for the typical 9" +45.

Thought A 15mm spacer is needed to stop tyre touching inner arch on turn and to make wheels flush like the backs are.

No, that 15mm spacer was quoted to clear the BBK not the inner control arm. 5mm spacer is what's needed to clear the larger hub when putting an ap2 wheel up front, got nothing to do with fender or control arm fitment, or bbk for that matter.
