Default Wheels & Spacers

Hey guys!
I recently just dropped my s2k and am currently running 18 x 9.5 with a +35 offset CCW LM5. Recently just started feeling my steering wheel kinda vibrate/ shake when I’m driving.. I came to realize my wheel doesn’t sit completely flush on the front which is making the wheel wobble when I’m driving but the rear is perfectly fine... I was told getting 10mm spacers and some extended lug nuts would be best to get the wheels sitting flush but I’m not too sure. Any recommendations as guys ? I’m kinda at a stand still atm ☹️ Any help would be appreciated

Installing spacers is not going to fix any steering wheel vibration issues

Why isn't the wheel sitting flush? Is there an old hub centering ring on the wheel or the hub that isn't allowing it to sit flat? Is the hub bore of the wheel wrong (seems unlikely but maybe possible with a custom wheel like a CCW)? Just adding a spacer isn't going to solve the problem (it will also make the wheel a +25 wheel which doesn't really fit).

My guess is there is a hun ring on one of the front wheels that shouldn't be there. If not measure the front hub and the hub bore of the wheel.

Pictures are also helpful.

Maybe it will with studs as wheel bearings need to be replaced when fitting them

Bad advice. Spacers must sit flat on the wheel hub. If the wheel hub is not sitting flush the spacers won't either.
You said that you dropped the car. Was it aligned after that?
Wheel could be bent. Have you hit any potholes or curbs?

Steering wheel shake, check the wheels balance?
When you said not flush on the front, do you mean flush with the body or flat to the hub?
With 9.5" wide and +35 the front wheel will poke out and not flush with the body but flat with the hub.
Not flush with the body will not make the wheel wobble but not flat with the hub will.
Spacer will not fix the vibration but might add more shake.
