Looks like the first sign of cupping to me. Check your alignment. To much toe in/out can cause this, also inflation(low) can expedite this.

At last alignment the fronts had 0 toe. Is 30psi(cold) considered low?

a tad low not sure it would cause cupping at that level but I always ran 33-35 , measured dead cold

Are those hankook rs3?? If so 30 is low since the sidewall is soft. I ran 36 hot when I had those

Yes, they're hankook rs-3's. I've tested the tire pressures with 2 other gauges and the gauge I originally tested with(I've been using it for ~3 years) was reading about 5psi low. I've since raised the pressures to 33(cold) on all four with the correct gauge.
