Downforce front fenders max fitment
#11
It is going to end up looking like this. https://www.s2ki.com/...-interesting-s/ Which just looks odd. I would think the overall feel and handling would be effected by the much wider front (More oversteer?). Anyways the 255 295 setup Junky referenced seems much more ideal from both a performance and looks perspective and with 18's that is actually very doable from a tire perspective since you can actually buy 295 tires for 18 inch wheels.
PS I'm joking... I really have no idea why they did that!

I mean, just look at all these really poorly handling cars: Corvette Z06, Ferrari LaFerrari/458 Speciale/F12 Berlinetta, McLaren P1/650S, every F1 car, etc. If those newbs would just listen to the japanese tuner car scene, they would be way faster. And don't get me started on those hideous IMSA Tudor cars with their ridiculous flared front fenders, crawling around the track like beached whales. God those cars are slow.
Differences of opinion and my sarcasm aside, I do appreciate the help you guys have given me in this thread. Thanks!
