Something like 17x9 +22
My suggestion:
17x9 +22 for the REAR
17x9 +15 for the FRONT
Huy's wide body has 50mm wider front fenders and he's running 18x9.5 +12 in the front ...and he's got LOTS of room to spare. So with your +40mm fenders...you'll need something really aggressive if you want it to sit flush
Huy's ride:

In my humble opinion, not much else detracts from an aggressive and functional wide body to then run a lack luster/skinny width rim and tire on it. Offset is important but the amount directly relates to how wide the rim is. You want it to sit good/flush with the fenders, but you don't want a stock width wheel pushed out I assume to achieve it. 10" wide rim 255 tire minimum front and rear and more then that is better. On 17" you are limited, so it starts looking to make sense moving up to a 18" to get the wider tire options 285+. I have been kicking around the idea of running the J's front and spoon rear overs and just adding 25-30mm spacers front and rear, but I already have a super aggressive fitment and width of 10"/255 - 11.5"/295 so it would still look and function great. Obviously these would be the minimum fitment I would go with and based on my current +58 front and +63 rear, to accommodate the proper outside fitment on this kit you would want to subtract a good 30-35mm from that offset, so for example front 10"+28 rear 11.5"+33. Based on these widths you have a good 10mm to play with in either direction and still have it look and function good, so what ever wheels are available in that range is where id be looking. 255-315 tires would be great. Then boost it

helpful resources for widebody wheel configurations
I am working through the math of changing wheels sizes on my AP2 to match with J's Widebody GT kit and felt like it was very difficult to get to the simple answer of what wheel size will work. Here is hopefully a helpfully summary.
Stock AP2 wheel dimensions 17x7+55ET, 17x8.5 +65ET
J's GT Widebody extends the front fender 60mm and rear 75mm per their website J'S RACING Widebody Aero system Tyep GT Carbon / FRP - J'S RACING USA
The tricky part of the math for me was when you are also changing the wheel size. This resource helps a lot for that https://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Whee...et-Calculator#
On a sperate note, what is not being considered is camber and are these wheels leaning as that can adjust the fitment, but that is the added adjustment for your set up.
I am going with 18x9.5 +22 in the front and 18x10.5 +18 in the rear
