Nimesh,

If you are trying to track it from the link via their website, it doesn't work... I had to go directly to UPS.

BTW, do they bend THAT easy? it's scary you know...

Have you tried to get them repaired? I've repaired several Borbet wheels in the past.

you know, I've always thought about doing that... at a local perf shop, they have a RH C5 coffee table with tire.. I liked it.. wanted one.

As for the tracking.. the tracking on their website uses like your order number and then your zip code... then it takes you to a page that's the order summary with ups tracking option.

had the bent wheel replaced with the new one last night.......

it turns out that not only was the wheel bent, but there was a 2mm wide crack on the inside lip as well - no loss of air as the S0-3 bead sits quite tightly against the wheel lip.

unfortunately i didn't have my digi-cam with me and i just left the wheel at the tire shop for them to discard, but here's a description that may help to understand the nature of the crack:

imagine the wheel (without tire) is sitting upright (rolling position) - take a hacksaw and start cutting perpendicular to the edge about one inch down on the inside lip - that was what it looked like....

nonetheless, i no longer have a vibration at low-to-moderate speeds....life is smooth again

on the flip side, i'm gonna need rear tires soon

ps the tire/wheel installer commented on how light the wheel was for an 18-inch one-piece wheel
