Default Konig Rennform on AP1?

Been searching for some info on if there is a configuration that will fit my 02 AP1 with Konig Rennform(s). No threads out there on S2KI I don't think so if anyone has these or has seen them on an S2K let me know.

https://www.tirebuyer.com/wheels/konig/48mg-rennform/p/style/354947#wheels-table

Seems like 18x8 +45mm and 18x9 +40mm might work but in not seeing ANY examples of it makes me want to double check. Willtheyfit.com shows a 7.7mm push inward to the spring/well but otherwise nothing else seems to be that out of wack. Any pics folks might have would be great!

Those specs are pushing it. You'd need a fender roll, tab relocation and alignment with extra camber.

26+ lbs?! Those are boat anchors- are you F kidding me? you're going to notice a difference with rims that heavy. that is obscenely heavy.

I presume you don't want to modify your fenders? As with enough rolling and pulling you can make anything work (kind of) and there wouldn't be much of a question to ask of if they would work. If you don't want to modify fenders then I've been in a similar boat with wheel and tire shopping and have been agonizing over it for a while. The numbers you need to really watch out for is the clearance to the fenders. As a novice my advice probably doesn't hold much water but from my reading it seems that the general consensus for "safe" at stock height with no fender rolling is 215 with +48 offset or 225 with +54 in the front and 255 + 63 offset in the rear. Assuming you're going to be going with 225/255 stagger then you're sticking out 9 mm extra in the front and more than 2 cm in the rear compared to the aforementioned offsets. Based on seeing some cars in person, those offsets already get the tire pretty close to the inner fender lip and tab in the front. The rears have a bit to go but not 2 cm of room. Mind you the tires are still a bit away from the outer fender wall so they still look a bit sunk in but it's the fender liner tab and lip that you need to watch out for.

Experienced guys please correct me where I'm wrong.

Yeah wasn't going to mention the general quality of the wheels. Personally I'd avoid these.

I might have been reading their specs wrong but on Konig's page it looks like the 18" are just over 18 lbs. I am double checking now that you said this though...ha any rim at 26lbs would be worthless IMO.

I was going to fender roll and relocate the rear tab etc. as the setup I have on their now is very tight since I lowered it on S-techs but good numbers to look at. thanks!
