mix 'n match tires for front and rear?
is it bad to have old S02 in the front and new S03 in the rear?
my guess would be at least it will produce more understeer since the front tires are more worn out ?

on the other hand, the front tires are grippier to (s-02 vs s-03), so i'm not sure about that. i had new s-03s on the drive wheels of my prelude and s-02s on the rear wheels, and handling was noticeable different (for the worse), but when i changed to s-03s on all corners it didn't improve. i took it be a characteristic of the tires, and not the mismatch.
of course, this was on a much more neutral vehicle.

I would say it is not bad but not the best either. The S03 will give better wet traction while the S02 better dry handling. SO the car will handle differently in wet and dry.
It won't hurt the car to run the two different tires though.
If I can help let me know.
Thank you
