Default mugen mf10 17x8 +45

I am eyeing a set of 17x8 +45 mugen mf10s but i heard that these wont fit because the front hub is too big for the center bore of the this particular spec can anyone confirm? And if so is there any way I can make them fit?

What is the center bore on them? You could run a small spacer or take them and have them bored out to fit.

Yeah the S2000 front hub is 70.3. So you either need a 5mm spacer or bore out the wheel to match.

Yes it would make them a +40 so they would be pushed out more. Also as AZfan pointed out if you are also running these in the rear the width isn't ideal due to being narrower than the OEM ap2 sizes. Unless these are dirt cheap and you just have to have MF10's I would look for better fitting wheels.
