can someone please tell me what brand are these wheels please and if you know the specs, thank you .

They look like Rotas, pull off the wheel and look on the back side. They should have the spec stamped on the back on the spoke, they might also have a decal on the inside barrel. You are running incorrect lug nuts on those wheels, you have oe lug nuts with an aftermarket wheel.
