I've been on the hunt for AP2V1 wheels for a long time, but recently I have been disappointed by either outrageous prices or shoddy condition (or both ).

So I went on ebay and saw a set of the rims, staggered in OEM sizes for $399 with $70 shipping. However, I read on the forums that these wheels are heavier and could also be weaker. Would the weight difference be noticeable? Would the finish be the same quality?

I plan to wrap them in star specs in CR sizes and lowering my car about an inch. The aftermarket wheels available are either ugly or too expensive, and almost none have the offsets to fit right. So OEM is my choice for replacing my AP1 wheels.

They weigh the same as factory wheels (within fractions of an ounce) and the finish is great. Many people have used them for years without any issues. I say go for it!
