Those are light? Do you have the weights on that? Just by the volume of metal used in it's design I can't fathomo that it's in the ballpark of the Regamasters or CE28's.

Thanks everybody for all your info, the volk rims are idd verry light. But i need 17in weels. thats because i have a large stock of slick and rain tires for 17in wheels.

I think the Buddy Club P1 QF's are about the lightest available 12+ lbs F and 13+ lbs R.
Where did you get those numbers?

I own a set but I didn't think they were quite that light. The numbers I get on wheelweights.net are:

13.6F and
14.4R

Keep in mind this is for the 17x8F and 17x9R for the s2000 fitment

still very very light though

if you are looking for a 17 inch wheel i think the volk ce28's are the best racing wheel. they are incredibly strong
also, the enkei rpf1's are really light as well. however, i dont think they are as strong as the volks or the other forged wheels

would the Volk CE28's be stronger or Buddy Club P1 QF's?

i haven't heard of either one being weak or giving problems, so you should be fine with either one.

but the new volk re30 is supposed to weigh around the same as a ce28, but be 30% stronger.

CE28N and RE30 are both around same weight - Its just the RE30 is 30% more rigid, not necessarily stronger.

The RAYS forged product will be much stronger than Enkei since the Enkei is cast. The Buddy club wheel is cast also -

It's not a huge of an issue on a light car such as an S2000, but if you're racing - strength counts

the buddyclub p1 racing qf is not cast. it is forged.

the ce28, re30, and p1 qf will all be around the same weight and strength.
