Thanks for the link. But I am not seeing the set, over even any fronts.

Good looking out. I was just about to pull the trigger on some Pf01's but now you have given me something to think about.

Default Update by op

I recently pulled the wheels off and replaced with the original AP1 wheels to store for winter. The cold temps in Ohio don’t do good things to summer tires when sitting. Flat spots and whatnot. I do pull it out in the winter for occasional drives when the roads are completely dry as well. Temps are too cold to drive on summer tires here as well.

I did an inspection of the wheels and they looked great. I used a flashlight to inspect each one, front and back. Not that I expected issues but thought I’d check and give an update here. I am completely happy with the purchase thus far. I’m very tempted to buy a second set and put some all seasons on them to use on dry winter days and to store the car. I guess that means if I was faced with the same decision, I’d buy them all over again....and I probably will.

I wish they made the AP2V2 version.

I was wondering how these wheels are and if you'd still recommend them at the price of $788? Unfortunately wheels these days for stock height, not wanting to roll my fenders seems to be very hard to find in a decent looking wheel. Trying to find OEM AP2V1 seem to be a shot in the dark at this time.

Any thoughts on these after 2-3 years before I pull the trigger and get them.

they have held up great. The roads here are ok and have plenty of pot holes. I did have them blasted and powder coated. When I sold my car in august 2020 they were still 100% fine

What would you suggest I go with that would allow me to do at least a 1 or 2" drop without rolling the fenders?

Heavy compared to aftermarket wheels, yes. But they are the same weight as OEM AP2V1 wheels as noted earlier in this thread.

I bought a set of these a couple of years ago when my budget was tight and they have held up great including numerous track days. They were only ~$500 then but at $788 you are starting to approach the cost of much higher quality (and lighter) wheels.

The quality control on mine was not the greatest as can be seen from the pictures, but this is completely un-noticeable on the car. I have had no concerns about the integrity and they have balanced fine with three sets of tires since I bought them. I have thrashed them pretty hard at the track and the brake dust has not compromised the finish either.

If you are comparing these to a purchase of used AP2V1 wheels, I would seriously consider these. Most of the used wheels are going to need costly repairs to look and balance as good as these.
