ROTA 17x8" need help
hi, everyone,
I'm new owner of S2000 and I want to buy a set of aftermarket wheel for my car. I found a set of Rota Wheels - G force online. Anyone can give me some idea of this wheel and will it fit on my car. My car already lowed with H&R spring. Four of them in the same size. I'm not sure should I buy this or not. The rims information at below:
Size 17X8"
Offset 48mm
Finish Gold (GOLD)
Hub bore size 73.1 mm
weight 19 lbs Each

in order to not have any issues "rubbing wise" its best to go close to oem specs on your wheels. For ex: If you have a ap2 then go for 17x7 +55 in the front and 17x8.5 +65 in the back. The lower the offset, the more chances of them not fitting how you want.
Also, your going for a non staggered set up? 17X8 +48 all around?

There are plenty of people who don't run staggered setups, some of those guys have are running 9" all the way around too. I'm sure you can find an 8" that works. For reference, I have 18x7.5 +50 fronts and 18x8.5 + 47 rears and they are fine with espilir springs on stock shocks, no rubbing.
I bet with +48 you'll be close, but not as close as my rears. It sounds like it's going to be a good setup.
