Seem pretty heavy? The RPF1 is 15~lbs in the same size
I'll sacradice a little weight to have something different. It's not a dedicated track car or anything. Figure the boost will make up for the weight difference.
Ah, yes that's a big factor! For us NA 4.5lbs of rotational mass is quite a bit!

But going to these from any kind of OEM wheel is weight savings??
[/quote]

Yeah a couple pounds. Still moving in the right direction.

Pretty hard to beat the cost and fitment and overall style of these wheels. They should become a popular choice.

Not bad at all, and great pricing on them! They'd make for an excellent autocross or track set up, and as Junky said they're still lighter than the stock wheels! Is there going to be that much of an advantage from a 15-16 lb wheel vs. a 19-20 pound wheel, probably not by my best guess.. the driver's skills are going to come into play a whole lot more than a modest weight savings over wheels. The tire compound used I'm sure will be much more important! And I imagine going from a ~23 pound AP2 V3 to a ~15 or 16 pound Wedsport TC105N would offer a pretty noticeable difference, but not so much between a nearly 16 pound wheel to a 19 pound wheel (going off memory, I think the TC105N is super light as wasn't the previous TRM, C3, both similarly light weight to each other). Can't really beat the TRM in terms of value if going new as far as I'm aware! And tirerack will do free balancing and installing of the tires for you if order both through them!

I think it's more about getting a 255 tire up front

Think it will be that hard? I have a 8+40 with a 245 upfront and it clears. Stock ap2 alignment.

a 245 is kinda stuffed onto a 8" rim. We'd like to have actually a bit better sidewall geometry. A 245 is best on a 9" wheel, and a 255 is optimal.

Right I get 245 is a lot of tire for an 8" rim but 255 on a 9" should fit with rolled fenders and some camber at +48 offset is what I'm saying.

Unless you're running around on stock ride height you would be very wise to roll your fenders with a 9" wide wheel and a 255 tire, even with a +60 offset.

My TRs are +62 and no roll required. I just bent the front tabs a bit. I am also lowered (13" hub to fender).
