Flat/concave face RPF1 have just about the worst brake clearance of any wheel. You would need a decent size spacer, probably ~15mm.

this does NOT fit with a 3mm spacer.
A 5mm spacer might clear, but it will only clear by 1mm if any.

They do fit AP2v1's with a 20mm bolt on spacer though!

I now the is old but like to now if volk re30 18x7.5 +50 will clear spoon caliper without spacers

take your honda key and place it on the brake surface area of the rotor perpendicular with the rotor / parallel with the ground. the spoon caliper is roughly the length of the actual key itself + 2mm of the black Honda piece where you turn the key.

Would an RPF1 in 17x8.5 +40 work without a spacer? It seems to have spokes shaped like the 17x8 +45...

Can anyone tell if the Volk CE28 17x8" ET48 will fit with Spoon Caliper? With Spacers or Without Spacers?

18x8.5+38 LM's clear without spacers. Mine are reversed mounted with 5mm shaved off the backpad and still clear without issue.

Can anyone confirm - Advan RS2 17x9+63 clears Spoons with NO spacer...

i thought i recently read that someone had this setup...
