I`m getting some new wheels for my 2008 s2k , going for some 18" with +30 front and +35 rear offset, and I wanna know if i will necessarilly have to roll my fenders, maybe if I go with 225-35 front and 245-30 rear i could stay stock??? has anyone been there? ........thanks a lot!

Lol. So much wrong here. First off you don't say the width of the wheels which is extremely important in how much these won't fit.
Second there is no question that you need to roll the fenders, relocate the tabs, run more camber and likely pull the fenders. You don't say the width of the wheels which is extremely important in how much these won't fit.
Lastly your tire sizes are wrong. Assuming the front is an 8 inch wide wheel and the rear is a 9 you would want 225/40/18 in front (I would actually recommend 215/40/18 to allow a little more space for fitting them) and a 245/35/18 rear. This keeps the diameter the same a stock rather than being shorter.
