Silver will be more durable than a flat black. Keep that in mind if you're having Tom & Jerry spoon on track tires every other weekend.

Can I achieve the required camber with the standard camber kit? I don't want to have to buy an aftermarket one. My fenders are already rolled. (I don't know if this makes any difference with a +60 offset) Will this setup improve the cars handling? I'm more concerned about handling than I am about looks. And finally, if rubbing is going to be an issue, what can I do to resolve it?

With this offset there is very little chance of rubbing, especially if your fenders are already rolled. Most people with the +63 have had rubbing on the inside with the steering at full lock. The extra 3mm might be enough to avoid this.
There are numerous people on the racing forum that strongly feel nonstaggered is the way to go. They usually balance things out with a stiffer front sway bar since it will be easir to get the back end to comme out.

Yeah, I'm definitely going to run this set up.
It doesn't look like it's going to be a huge issue. I just get overly worried when I'm buying something from overseas, that it may not work when it arrives. Yeah, I will get a front sway bar, they go for good prices on ebay. If I feel oversteer is an issue, I may install a rear wing. However, I don't really like the look of wings on s2ks. The only ones I really like are the OEM lip spoilers, I doubt that these help with downforce though.

Any idea what wheels, size, and offset these are? http://www.waypast210.com/Other/NASA..._8Vd4cbB-XL-LB

Basically, on the fronts run a 215 (if we are talking Star Specs et al) or 225 tire, run 2+ degrees of negative camber and manually push up/in the fender liner tabs a bit. Should have no problem with that. On the rears, you will want a mild fender roll and a relocation of the tabs. If you dont, make sure youre close to stock ride height with 2.5 degrees of negative camber and 245 tires.

255s on the front, Im sure you know already, require pulled fenders to avoid sucking off a fender liner and/or tab.

I'd love a set of solid white PF01Rs for my Laguna blue. They have one, but it has a machined lip - a look I'm not a big fan of.

My set arrived last week and I got the tyres fitted yesterday and then put them on. They look great on Silverstone. the +60 offset sits perfectly, only a little under flush with the guards. Oh and just incase this info is any help to anyone: I'm running 17x9+60 all aroud with 245 tyres all around and I do not rub, even on full lock. I am stock height at the moment but have coilovers being installed next week and will be going pretty low, I will report back.

It appears that the 17x9" +60 will fit with 255 all around with no rubbing on a mild drop. Which is what I am going for. I just want to confirm before ordering. Sorry if it seems like a redundant question. Measure twice, cut once right. Thanks for the help!

225/45. But in the Sumitomo its seriously oversized. More like a 235.

As for colour choice i was thinking white with machine/lip on my BB not sure about the machine lip but worst case just get them powder coated if its a problem.

there is not point in doing the +48's IMO. the outer face does not change in appearance (as would be the case with the rpf1). you will not have fitment problems unless you are low and have soft suspension with the 17x9's and 255's with the +60.

^Disagree. There is a look aspect to it. Yes the wheel face looks the same and you get no more lip but the car will look much nicer with the wheels sitting a lot more flush to the fenders. And this size is by no means pushing it as far as fitment goes.
I need to find someone to trade me a set of the 9 +48s for my 9 +45 rpf1s

215/245s with the star specs is pretty flipping big on a 8/9.

It isn't "hellaflush" but it does not look sunken in at all. It looks really good in my opinion. Not to mention, I have no rubbing and I'm sitting pretty low. 17x9+60 is practical and looks fine, and you don't need to run as much camber. I'm only running 1.5 up back and 1 up front.

There's still room to go to a 225 or maybe a 235 section front tire. I don't think I'd try anything wider in the back without rolling the fender. Purchased from Tire Rack.

WUT. to get a lip you have to go with 9s up front. i dont think the suffix letters (R/SS) necessarily transfer over accurately to the tirerack inventory. but everyone carries the same stuff and all pf01s in a given size have the same dimensions.
