Work equip 05 fitment on widebody?

Work equip 05 fitment on widebody?
Hey you,
I'm after a set of work equip 05s, but unsure about the fitment for my widebody s2k. I have Js front fenders +35mm and +84mm rears. I also have spoon calipers they need to clear. Will the equips clear the spoon calipers? If so what spec? Was thinking 18x10.5 in front with 18x11 rear, but no idea about offset at all.. Will run them with tire stretch and some camber, was thinking 265/35/18 rear, but dont know about front yet!
