It was good! Kind of a whirlwind -- four cities in 13 days was probably one too many but I'm glad that we got to see so much. Weather was awesome the whole time; they're actually experiencing the warmest weather in Ireland in 40 years right now, it was 85 and sunny the two days we were there. I could spend the rest of my life in Rome, for sure. Great town.

We didn't wind up going to the French GP at all -- news reports said the traffic was so insane that people were giving up after sitting in their cars for hours and not moving at all, and there was a train workers' strike going on on the Saturday we had tickets for so train tickets from Nice to Marsailles would have been like $400 round trip. Didn't want to spend that much money with the potential of just sitting in a cab accruing more charges only to turn around and head back. So, bummer. But, what are you going to do, right?

I should have taken a day before trying to come back to work though. I'm pretty out of it haha

How was your trip, Cody?

Oh man, yeah, skipping the GP sounds wise in that case. Glad it was otherwise a nice time! I feel you on the work re-adjustment, I was only gone a week & I'm still not back in the normal pace of work things.

My trip was great, I loved the city. If I could speak french I'd already be scheming to move there ASAP. The race was....well, it was a race. I think now that I've done it, I wouldn't go to another. Just something I greatly prefer watching on TV.
