1. General Overview

The Honda S660 is a tiny, power-packed, roadster.  It is a two-seater, Kei car which was first revealed to the public eye in November 2013 at the Tokyo Motor Show.  The S660 was officially released in 2015 and is not yet available in the United States.

2. Exterior Facts

Honda released the S660 in six different hues.  A couple of those colors include Premium Mystic Night Pearl and Admiral Gray Metallic.  

Even though the Honda S660 is small, it qualifies as a full-sized sports car and runs a center exhaust out the rear.

3. Interior Facts

The steering wheel of the S660 is one of the smallest in diameter ever produced by Honda.  It has a flat-bottom design similar to the NSX.  

The center console is positioned to lean towards the driver of the vehicle and an oversized tachometer in the center of the instrument cluster.

4. Drivetrain Specifications

This tiny power-packed roadster carries a turbocharged, 0.66-liter, 3-cylinder engine that develops 63 horsepower and 77 pound-feet of torque.  

It has a six-speed manual transmission, a first for this line.  There is also an option to purchase an S660 with a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) that provides a seven-speed paddle-shifter, featuring sport mode. 

5. Pricing on the Honda S660

The starting price of a Honda S660 in Japan is currently hovering around 1,980,000 Yen (or $16,500).  There are no current plans in action to export the automobile, but the price would likely rise to around $20,000 depending on how added safety features affect the overall weight.
