AutoCon Show Highlights

The crew at AutoCon always goes all-out to display the best show car builds in the country and their collaboration with Formula Drift Long Beach was no different! This amazing event included purpose-built drift cars melting tire after tire and an impressive display of extensively modified show cars at the AutoCon car show. AutoCon's collaboration with Formula Drift is relatively a recent venture with the first combined event being held in 2017. All makes and models welcome!

Although show cars and drift cars are often built differently, this collaboration makes perfect sense as anyone who loves drifting also loves car culture in general.  Also, spectators can enjoy walking through the vendor-filled aisles of the car show during the downtime between rounds in the Formula Drift event. What's even cooler is that all makes and models can be represented in the car show further proving that AutoCon is interested in pleasing the entire car community!

What show would be complete without a widebody GT-R?

The Widebody GT-R has become a staple of car shows across the United States and for a good reason! Who doesn't love the ridiculously aggressive aesthetics, intoxicating sound, and overall attitude of Godzilla!

One Wrap, Two Faces

Vendors from all over the country are represented at the AutoCon car show! One of the hot commodities in the car community is vinyl wrapping and this 370Z shows us that you don't need to pick one style of wrap to make your build look right! This tasteful wrap is split right down the middle giving the car an extremely unique look and the ability to have two very different side profiles!

LS Swap Everything!

LS swaps are becoming more popular by the day and for a good reason! Most popular Import cars like the 240sx, 300zx, S2000, and even BMW's have swap kits ready to be installed which make the LS conversion virtually bolt-in.

Although many purists are against the idea, the idea of combining the S2000's famed driving dynamics with the bulletproof and grunty power of a V8 LS engine makes it a force to be reckoned with!

When was the last time you saw a Prius parked next to a bright-red Ferrari? The AutoCon show really has it all and a slammed Toyota Prius is no exception. No matter what you may drive, you will be sure to find inspiration for your current build or future build by walking through the packed aisles at the show.

In the end, AutoCon provides a platform for the lucky owner's of some of the finest show cars in America to display their pride and joy. Although everyone has a slightly different taste in cars, it is not hard to appreciate the passion and the countless number of hours spent perfecting these machines to present the way they do.
