Forum Members' Custom Interior Touches

When the engineers and designers at Honda were working on the S2000 they came up with a car that would be striking to the world while being just as effective on the street. Unfortunately, it seems like someone forgot about the interior as they are spartan, to say the least. See what forum members have done to their cabins to spruce things below.

1. Alcantara Interior

Forum member Sam_Spider shared the elegant touch he put in his Honda S2000. He changed the upholstery to black and gray Alcantara mixed with pieces of leather. So far, he's $1,800 in for the interior modification. The smooth material will make you want to leave your desk chair and just sit in Sam_Spider's S2k.

2. Steering Wheel

The steering wheel is probably what connects you the most with your Honda S2000, and forum member ScrapDog knows just how to connect with his S2K. The VGS steering wheel is one of the best on the market, and according to ScrapDog, this one makes him feel like there is more room in the cabin.

3. Recaro

Forum member S4play replaced the stock seats in his Honda S2000 with Recaro racing seats. The seats are finely stitched with yellow stitching, which matches the door panels. To take it one step further, S4play installed the same material with the same stitching along the windshield, which contrast with the white exterior beautifully.

4. Custom Floor Mats

Manasseh808 has one of the most beautiful color combination in his Honda S2K's interior. Most of his S2000 is stock, but the interior touches make it a pleasure to look at. To complement the entire cabin, he put custom floor mats that look absolutely incredible.

5. Shift Boot

Mark355 has a shift boot that matches the center console for perhaps one of the most elegant touches in an S2000. The fine red stitching complements the bright red seats, as well as matches the emergency light's button. But the best part has to be the shift boot's pattern that goes with the entire theme of his S2K's interior.

6. RED RED RED

If you're a fan of red interiors, then Chunsta's red carpet will make you jealous. The bright red carpet goes extremely well with the red seats and red exterior, without being too much or too bright. If you look closer, the aftermarket shift knob complements the entire interior, making it officially perfect.
