Highlights of Spocom Hawaii
This show was one for the ages.
Near Miss
Hawaii might be a relatively small place, but it's also packed with some of the best car fans in the world. This fact was on full display at this year's SpoCom. Despite the threat of Hurricane Lane, which temporarily shut down the highly-anticipated event, organizers were still determined to go on with the show after the category 4 storm thankfully shifted. And Super Street Online was there to capture all the amazing Hondas and their owners that braved the threat.
Fill 'Er Up
Even though the show was rescheduled, it certainly didn't dampen the mood or the quality of cars in attendance. Not even the fact that it occurred on a Friday could stop fans from filling the halls of Oahu's Blaisdell Center.

Up in the Air
Quite honestly, no one knew if people would even be able to show up. And you can't blame them after the looming threat of a devastating hurricane and the short notice of a reschedule.

Memorable Event
But oh boy, did the local scene ever respond. Despite facing difficult odds, so many people showed up that Super Street called this year's SpoCom "one of the most memorable car shows in the island's history."

True Dedication
Although Hawaii is separated from the rest of the U.S. by a large part of the sea, that didn't stop a group of enthusiasts from Southern California from shipping their cars out for the event, either. Which is what we like to call dedication at its finest.

Across the Sea
Well-known SoCal car club Auto Concept Elite was among that group. They brought five cars across the Pacific - a GT-R, Evo, A4 Avant, RWB 964, and of course, Leon Casino's stunning, magazine cover NSX.
