1. Bruno Fernandes

Born and raised in Portugal, Bruno Fernandes grew up with a passion for cars in a place that lacks car tuners. His very first car was a 1993 Honda Civic that his mother has passed onto him, but it wasn't until he started his vision of creating a track-focused Honda S2000 that he began truly living his childhood dream.

2. Wheels and Tires

Bruno's vision was to create a track-focused S2000, but a very clean and sleek one, so he chose the RAYS Volk Racing CE28N wheels. The front wheels are 17"x7.5", and the rear wheels are 17"x9". Around the RAYS wheels are a set of AD08R tires, measuring 215/45R17 in the front, and 245/40R17 in the rear. The wheels are held in place by APR studs and Project Kics R26 lug nuts.

3. Interior

On the inside, Bruno's S2K is equipped with a Safety21 5-point roll-cage, as well as some Spoon Sports accessories, like the gear knob, the armrest, the gear gaiter, and the emergency brake lever, which is custom done with red stitches and Alcantara material. The center console was upgraded to JDM carbon center console, and the interior was given an Alpine head unit with the RCF speakers.

4. Exterior

The exterior is a pleasure to look at, and without overly complicating it, Bruno did a fantastic job making it look both custom and simple. The body received a Spoon Sports aero kit with the S-Tai Version ll bumpers, the S-Tai Version ll carbon diffuser, the same brand mirrors, as well as the GT rear spoiler. Finally, Bruno finished up the exterior with two nice Voltex Racing carbon Type ll side skirts.

5. Suspension

To bring the S2000 to this stance, Bruno installed track-worthy Ohlins DFV coilovers, as well as a complete Powerflex bush kit and a Spoon Sports rigid collar kit. He also installed Spoon Sports engine mounts, transmission mounts, and rear differential mounts. The stock front brace was replaced with an ARC titanium one, and he also put a Cusco Y-beam bar, a Spoon Sports control arms and a J's Racing lower tie-bar.

6. Engine

Under the hood of Bruno's pride and joy is the Honda F20 2.0-liter 16V DOHC VTEC V-4 engine. Replacing the stock control unit, Bruno installed a Mugen Power N1 ECU, and to stay in the Mugen family, he also installed Mugen Power carbon air box. The throttle body was replaced with a Spoon Sports 70mm one, and he also installed Spoon Sports headers. To keep this S2K performing cool, Bruno installed Koyo aluminum radiator and an APR carbon cooling plate. The engine works together with the OEM six-speed transmission, which received a Spoon Sports clutch kit, a Spoon Sports flywheel, and Spoon Sports driveshaft spacers.
