Ap2 taillight condensation
So I just recently upgraded my ap1 to ap2 taillights and I washed my car with them on for the first time yesterday, and my passenger side taillight got some condensation inside of it. I'm not worried about how it got in, I know that part. The taillight has 2 hairline cracks on it, no water gets in but I guess the moister does since it's not fully sealed, once I get the condensation out I'm going to use clear silicone to seal it for now, while I grow a pair and try to replace the whole back glass. Ive had condensation in my ap2 headlights before but that just worked it self out on its own. Now my question is how the heck do I get the condensation out of my taillight? I've searched but only came across people sticking them in ovens and I'm gessing that's for ap1 lights since the ap2's have the led's. Anyone know how to get rid of the condensation?
i have the same problem after the conversion.. my tail lights are mint so i was thinking it has somethin to do with the seal along the rear to the trunk might not be perfect so maybe the moisture works its way thru there.. all i can do as of now is just park the car with the rear in the sun and let it works its way out over time
