Default supercharger bov fitment

hey guys. got a comptech aftercooled s/c setup with a fullblown radiator and mishimoto radiator fan shroud with mishimoto fans. my aftercooler came with a turbonetics bov and theres no room for it, the driver side fan is in the way. so, i was looking for input of what bov's fits with a radiator and fan setup like mine if anyone has anything similar. thanks guys!!

I run a turbo smart which connects via original 1" hose from the old recirc set up, but cut the hose back to the elbow and it fits perfect between the two fan shrouds. For added evacuation I run the factory Bosch valve at the 3/4" disconnected air injection nipple at the after cooler. Works fantastic, evacuating everything the nv1200 blows off at full spool. Twins for the wins lol

I got your PM, and I will respond when I have more time and am at my PC, but my Tial flange w/ Tial BOV won't fit with the Mishimoto style radiator and fan shroud. I have the Mishimoto radiator, but use an 11" and 13" SPAL medium profile fan mounted directly to the radiator core. There isn't much that I saw that I could change/modify to make it work with the Mishimoto fan shroud, so I just sold the shroud.

thank you sir, thats what i was thinking. i know you made the adapter as low profile as you could. maybe you can cnc a tube that 90* down from the aftercooler then attatch the bov to that, lol.... idk, i'm gonna have to see what i can do, possibly get parts to make it recirculate like it does factory from comptech or see if i can get pics from the 2 previous members above and check out thier setups... or get rid of the shroud and place fans right on radiator...

Pics please!

This is the route that im going. Did you run an individual vac line to each diverter valve? or did you tee it?

Also when using the nipple did you just put a hose over nipple like a reducer?

Thanks!

here it a pic its not the prettiest install but it fits you will need to remove the horn on the outlet of the bov a few taps with a rubber hammer will get it offand I am running mishimoto radiator which is the sane size as the fullblown unit and I run the mishimoto fans shroud setup I had to cut the back of the fan some and notch the edge and it fits fan blades clear the bov
