Dang that sucks. I ordered from this guy last week for a Forcewerkz CR lip but what I got was an Ebay knock-off. Made in Taiwan and without mounting tabs. I am soon writing a feedback (oh yeah...) on this vendor.

Hopefully the moderators will do something about controlling unethical vendors on s2ki. Vendors are supposed to be TRUSTWORTHY.

You have yet to answer my question from this morning. Why did you describe the product saying it was made in USA. This is misleading and it is false advertisement.

I am done with this. Luckily not an expensive product. I will leave the rest to Paypal.

Everyone, do your research before ordering, even from an S2ki vendor.

Kevins2000, this is the correct lip. The lip is an aftermarket part and has been out sourced to be made without tabs (already said on the emails). If you no longer want the item, please ship it back to us and we will send a refund of $185 in which the lip was purchased for. We are working with PayPal as well to have the item returned.

Thank you.

You're still missing the point. Your site says "manufactured in the USA" it is misleading and false advertising. You can't outsource anything overseas when you state "manufactured" on the product.

Assembled in USA or made in USA is acceptable, but only if the majority of the cost of the item is manufactured in the US. You can't take a part made in Taiwan (or elsewhere), throw it in a box here and state manufactured (or made) in the US.

Thanks for clarifying the point that I had tried to get across this whole time. I doubt he would understand (honestly felt like I was talking to another species) or even if he does, he would try to drift away from the real issue I have with his business. Clearly he is a short-term person, if I had a business like this, I would think long-term and not to rip customers off. Hopefully more people will be aware of this vendor (which makes me wonder why UnionPerformance was banned. )

I sent Paypal this link and reinforced the problem I have with the product.

Thank you once again Sam.

I'm curious to know if this issue was resolved. I was also thinking about buying a forcewwerkz cr lip but now I'm skeptical. He may have lost a potential customer. =\

Unfortunately Paypal decided to go in favour of the seller. It was my first time dealing with Paypal claim I must have focused a little too much on it being a Forcewerkz CR lip or not, which I even contacted Forcewerkz after I filed the claim, to find out. But it was a Forcewerkz lip.

But the fact that it was manufactured NOT in the USA but in Taiwan is a clear fact, which the seller Jonmotoring admitted but still fails to provide his customers an appropriate and acceptable answer. I did indicate Paypal this problem but they must have focused on the existence of the mounting tabs instead. As Moderator Sam and I have pointed out continuously that this was (and still is) false advertisement. Just a heads-up, Jonmotoring is currently accruing interest being involved in a lawsuit:

Not a very trustworthy business, not sure what S2ki will do, if anthing, about vendors like him. Apparently UnionPerformance, UnionPerformance2, and Jonmotoring are the same people...Shady.

This was a good lesson to me and hopefully a guidance to the future customers of Jonmotoring. Read the agreement before you purchase anything, EVEN IF IT WERE AN S2KI VENDOR. Clearly, Paypal placed emphasis on the seller being responsive to my replies and the fact that this seller has dealt with Paypal on many occasions favoured his appeal.

Vendor status solely lies on the responsibility of Internet Brands, they set them up and manage them, we are here to simply uphold the rules. I will send this on to IB so that they are aware of the situation.
