I cannot vouch for the this particular CR, but I am familiar with his previous RYP CR and he kept it in very good shape and well maintained. Just a FYI.

Any further info on this particular CR? I have recently purchased it from Big Star Honda and would like to know a little more history on the car if available.

As has been already stated TX SIDEWINDER your CR's build number is #489 of 699 made. The previous owner was from the Houston area and was in the Navy and stationed back east. Somehow the car found it's way back to Texas where you purchased the car. Post some pictures of your car, we'd love to hear why you bought the car. Also, where are you located in Texas? I need to update the CR Roll Call and add your information. Welcome to the CR Forums !

I already own a laguna blue ap2, which I bought new off the lot with 7 miles on it... waited for it to come in and had to get it fast before all the sales people took it out and "tested it". Having enjoyed this lil gem for years and over 100,00 miles on some of the best and pretty scenic roads in Texas and across the country, I have coveted a Rio Yellow car for years. I have a company that provides and maintains the equipment at most every body shop in Houston. Had a chance a few years back to get an 07 ap2 from a dealership that what brought in for trade with less the 20,000 miles... $20,000. I didn't pull the trigger then... glad I waited! I have only driven my s2 on weekends and brief trips to town, the maintenance has been provideded by Goodson Honda, and my biggest expense has been tires, oil changes, standard fluid changes and such. at 100,00 miles, we did the recommended service, replaced the clutch, replaced the brakes, twice I think, and thats about all. car has performed beautifully. Now with the CR, I would like to learn more about how these cars really perform, take it out to a track and be taught how to safely and properly drive, and go on more road course to drives. I do not want to keep the set of bridgestone tires on this cr as they don't last for very long, and it seems a waste if you don't use those tires on a rack. I currently use Michellin pilot sports on my ap2 and would these be a good switch for the CR? should I invest in an HKS supercharger upgrade or will I reduce the value of the CR? Has the CR benn damaged in the front? The paint does not match on the hood and the front bumper is peeling and cracking in the upper right corner... No big deal, I have 1500 body shops to choose from who would love to earn a favor from me. would be nice to know though. So what do I do now? Currently incarcerated at SHAWSHANK DISC GOLF COURSE
