Supercharged Newbie, critique my setup
Hi guys, been on the board for a long time (11 years) but just now getting around to superchargin my S2000.
I have a 2006 GPW with the following mods:
Flashpro (N/A tune by Greg/gernby)
K&N FIPK
PLM Header
Invidia 70mm TP
Greddy SE Dual
17x9 Enkei PF01 SS w/ Dunlop Direzza ZII's (255/40/R17) on all 4 corners
I picked up a used Comptech supercharger (Novi 1000) and am going for the following setup:
Comptech Paxton Novi 1000
SOS 3.4" Supercharger Pulley (w/ appropriate belt)
ID 1000 cc injectors (w/ Plug & Play harnesses)
NGK Iridium IX No.7 sparkplugs
SOS Racing Heat Exchanger
Koyo Radiator
SOS Sport Clutch
SOS Lightweight (11.4 lb) flywheel
non-CDV Clutch Slave Cylinder
Custom Oil Cooler (s2k manic)
Flashpro eTune (wadzii)
I've been doing alot of reading to make sure I have a decent understanding of what I'm getting into. Any advice you guys may have with the setup above, any items I should change or address? Looking for 320 - 340 RWHP at 9psi on 93 octane, with my mods and a good tune, is that attainable? I want a very reliable setup, reliability being more important than ultimate power numbers (hence upgrading the cooling system).
Thanks in advance for the help and advice.

Do you have a fuel pump picked out? The SOS sport clutch is good, but any reason you aren't going with the ACT HD PP with OEM friction disc? No availability of the ACT HD PP (at the time of my purchase) was why I went with the SOS sport kit. Your goals seem reasonable; with the N1000 you may be on the 320 HP side of your goal, but still in the range. It will be a blast to drive regardless.

I went with the SOS Sport Clutch because numerous others had commented how that clutch retained stock feel while providing the extra holding power needed.

Everything looks good to me. My buddy has the 3.4 on the novi 1000 ans he made 353 WHP. Regardless of the small power difference you're going to have a fun reliable car.

I do not actively do track days or autocross events, but I would like to do some in the future. Also, I live in Texas, where summer heat can be brutal (100+ degree days for 30-40 days is the norm). With that in mind, I wanted to ensure that my cooling system was very robust.

Everything looks good to me. Except I recommend the mrsideways dual pass radiator over any other radiator offered.
You will net your goal for power with the parts listed.
The n1000 kits are older and you may end up needing a rebuild eventually.

Another option that I see quite a few FI folks doing to help keep temps down is doing DIY hood vents... I'd prefer to keep my hood OEM, but may consider the hood vent route at a later time.
