I hated the look of the ugly beam in the engine bay, so a buddy of mine fabricated a nice stainless cap to fit over top. I can't wait to put it on

Next will be fabricating a upper strut bar, since I can't seem to find any for sale.

Well the s2k is tucked away for the long winter months. I parked it early October
Hopefully I can get some work done on it this winter. I need to fix the oil issue, and figure out what the clunking noise is from the rear end.

I am also still on the hunt for a hardtop and wheels.

Well all the noise coming from the rear end is more then one issue. We pulled the axles out last night, both are scored up really bad and the diff has quite a bit of play on the passenger side. Also the drive shaft has seen better days...

So I have come to the decision to to a AP2 rear end swap. I am able to source out everything I need from a junkyard in Ontario. He has a 2005 with 30k that he is parting out, he is willing to sell me everything I need for $950 plus shipping. He is going to send me some pictures Monday before I pull the trigger.

As for now the S2000 is up in the air all torn apart waiting on its new rear end
