From Ch0pper's post on FB:
BMT friends it's with a heavy heart that we deliver the news of having lost another of our BMT family member and BMT Tour guide, Matthew Frank. Matt passed Saturday night after an accident where a motorist collided with him on his motorcycle in Eureka Springs, AR. As hard as it was, Kyle Kirk gave the news to us, making a difficult phone call to inform us of the tragic news.
Those that had the pleasure of meeting and spending time with Matt over the years were truly blessed. He loved his family, his work, and the common bond that brings us all together, the love for the drive. We'll miss his laughter and pranks, but mostly we'll miss his kindness and willingness to go the extra mile for the people he cared about. Talking to another friend today, Connie Parker told me about how she first met Matt; by going through her boyfriend (now fiance) Jim Jardine's phone to get phone numbers to invite friends(that she didn't know) to his 40th birthday party. Connie said, "it was amazing I had never met the guy but he came all the way up to O'Falllon, MO for Jim's party". Matt loved to have a good time and he will be greatly missed. Matt is survived by his Parents, Son Andrew who has attended a few BMT's, sister Tamela who has also attended a BMT.
Matt, we will miss you greatly. Have some laughs with Marcus and Travis, we'll see you all again someday.

One of the things I love about my S2000, and my car hobby in general, is that it has introduced me to many people who have brought me great joy over the last 10 years. Matt was definitely one of those people. Every time I talked to him he was smiling, and his smile was contagious. You loved being around him. I talked cars with him for hours multiple times and learned a lot from his experiences. My heart aches for his family, sending thoughts and prayers to all who grieve for him.

Although I didn't know Matt well, I enjoyed his company. He was the leader on my first and second BMT, and lead a helluva fun drive. My wife Maureen and I sat with him for dinner at the last BMT, and enjoyed the conversation immensely. To his family and all his close friends, we grieve with you and and feel your loss.

Thanks to Mpetus for some fun memories:

Remember the beautiful drive Matt led us on through the hills of Missouri and lunch at his folks house?
[attachment=84609:IMGP3737-c.JPG]
Stopped at the capital to catch our breath after a fun spirited ride returning from lunch at the winery in Hermann.

Thoughts always running in his head.

Not sure what he was thinking with this.

I will never forget that cookout at his parents' place. They were so welcoming. I still can't get over how cool his parents were/are. That was such a fun day.
