There is a little "H" AND "M" under 4and5 or 5and6 I haven't gotten in my car in a couple months......so I can't remember.
JstnRyan - this was not on the MY00 you have to buy aftermarket or OEM MY03(I think) for a clock.

It's not the clock... it's cuz you're not going fast enough .
Damnnit, I forgot to set my clock at lunch. Maybe I should just book an appointment a the dealer, pay a diagnosis fee, then get them to take it for a day and set it.

I am assuming that you have a stock Honda radio:
From the MY 03 owner's manual, p. 101
To set the hours, press H (Preset 4) button while pressing CLOCK (SCAN/RPT) button. Press and hold the H button until the hour advances to the desired time.
To set the minutes, press the M (Preset 5) button while pressing the CLOCK ( SCAN/PRT) button. Press and hold the M button until the minutes numbers advance to the desired time.

I haven't driven my car in awhile either, but I'm almost certain I have the same stock radio as you and we have a clock on the radio.
