Default Exedy vs Oem Clutch

I'm planning on replacing my clutch this coming up week and i'm just looking to get some opinions. I'm wondering which would be better. Honda oem parts or the exedy oem replacement clutch kit.

Thanks for any input.

From my understanding the OEM clutch is manufactore by Exedy them self. I'm going redo my clutch with Mugen flywheel, OEM clutch and Mugen pressure plate.

I was in the same boat as you... cheaper for the exedy over OEM but in the end i went with the OEM purely for peace of mind.... don't think there would be much difference but that's an opinion not fact...

actually, exedy manufactures clutches for several vehicle manufacturers, including honda.

on the stock clutch assembly there is a name brand stamp that says daikin clutch.

daikin clutch is part of the exedy globalparts corporation.

check exedy's website it shows that daikin and exedy are the same company.
www.exedyusa.com

im assuming the exedy kits are cheaper due to their marketing...?
