Spare Tire Amp Rack
Not sure if this is worth a new thread but I thought it'd get more exposure this way
First i just used some thick paper and lined it inside the spare tire well making a rough shape of it. From there I cut cardboard into a piece about 18" by 23". Using the paper I drew the shape out on the cardboard and it was trial and error from there.
Here's what i ended up with...

end result

I hope this helps anyone trying to make their own!

Whats your solution? maybe cut holes into the board??
You don't need the carpet.
I put the carpet just for looks.
I removed the rear tray so the amps has plenty of room.
Even if I didn't the amps I have run very cool so its not an issue for me.
Heres a picture of mine before the carpet.
Since I didn't have the right equipment, I just used a saw to cut mine in a staight line.

I did it for looks so no theres no reason behind doing it. Every once and a while I just take off the cover to let air in, I'm thinking of putting some sort of grill type thing on the cover itself.
And good luck spas2k
its pretty simple just have to get the stencil right and from there you're golden.

I haven't put my spare tire cover back on because well, its stupid.
Since I also took the rear tray out, sounds from the sub can travel to inside the cabin.
I'd like to put a cover on it but I also like some open air for the sub so some type of grill cover sounds like a good idea.
