Default Fast Forward Header ****Now with 4-1 content****

Some of you have been checking on the thread in the Arizona section...but I thought I would bring it to the rest of the S2ki community

Big thanks to Jeff @ Fast Forward for all his hard work on this

As you can see in the final chart...we made a little progress................

2002 F20C with 67k on the motor

AEM V1 CAI
Greddy 70mm single TiC
Invidia 70mm TP

only change is the header...no tuning

solid line is run file from the left
dotted line is run file from the right

Ok here is the 1st chart showing baseline versus the Fast Forward header

Here is the baseline vs the Fast Forward Header v 1.3

Here is version 1 vs 1.3

here is the current version.........

red line is the current header
blue line is the baseline/OEM header

Solid line is the file on the left and the dotted line is the file on the right

solid= FF header
dotted= OEM

We are making good power and still have a few things to try on the next revision....

OK here it is.....the Final version of the OEM sized replacement header

we were pretty happy with the gains from previous version

Purple is Final version
Red is previous version

here is the overlay

Solid is Final version
Dotted is previous version

Here is OEM vs the Fast Forward Header

Purple is FF
Light blue is OEM

Solid is FF Header
dotted is OEM

Here they are Finally.............

100% Stock 2004 AP2 S2000 with 30k on it

Green Line is best baseline run vs
Purple line :best run with Fast Forward Header installed

After a few more runs we did a ECU reset........

before the ECU reset....we pulled the airbox lid off and directed cold air at the filter.....just for shits and giggles...

BTW the fan was back aways from the box..not crammed up

Here are pics of the First Production unit

AKA MINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

in the jig

hmmmm is that an S2000 cylinder head????? what could we do to that?????

Jeff- the man who put in all the effort, with my baby!

Installed...

what size primaries did you go with?

Looking good, can't wait for the final product!

nice but why dont u make a long tube header.. Ive always wanted to see results, no one makes it except hytech..
Long tube always had great results on all my previous cars and they didn't even come close to a 9k redline.

Like this one that was made for 350z

X2 That would be a awesom idea.

OP: What will the price range be for one of these?

Be patient.... good things come to those that wait..... this isn't the final version and we haven't finished testing yet.....

There will be a long tube version, we just want to build a bolt on OEM replacement first...... crazy race NA and SC headers will follow

Just an idea, get the OEM heat shield to mount the FF Header

I want to finalize the design for power first...then I'll worry about the OEM header shields

Bear in mind that the header heat shields will add complexity and cost to making these..........

Once we get a final design..we will be exploring mass production methods...building them one at a time is not cost effective to be competetive
