Question stage 5 competition clutch

DESCRIPTION:
-competition clutch stage 5 1420 clutch kit with throwout bearing (less than 1500 miles on this unit)
-i was gonna go forced induction but now i am not, so this clutch is to much for what im doing with this car

PRICE: $350 shipped(firm) retail is 495 shipped with the throw out bearing

What turbo is this made for? Any idea what the 38mm wastegate maxxes out at (PSI or HP?)

if i'm not mistaken, you don't have to redirect the oil and ac lines with this manifold setup right?
