Default Engine whine noise

so my s has developed this whining noise.
Ive google and searched and cant come up with anything,

it will still make the whine sound in neurtral if I rev the motor.

basically sounds like a supercharger.

ive uploaded a video, but it is abit difficult to hear over the engine noise, you can mainly here it when I decelerate.

How sick would that be if someone broke into your S and installed a S/C overnight.

well the accessory belt is showing some minor signs of wear some very small cracks, so ive ordered another.

Honda australia wanted $118AUD + having to get one in from japan.
non genuine belt was $48AUD in stock monday.

I'll update on monday when the new belt comes in.

I get that occasionally. Seems to have started after I installed an aftermarket clutch, but then again I owned the car all of two months before getting sick of the stock clutch. Belt and everything else are good. Happens when the engine is fully warmed up and I've been driving pretty hard.
