I remember the name from here ... but, haven't seen him post in a while.



Any chance you know which city he lives in? Maybe a Community Organizer from that area to help research the issue and find some resolve.

Here are the pics:

This is the box that the block was shipped in. This is probably why the oil pump was cracked





Here are the pictures of the scratches on the cylinder walls. Cylinder 1 was the worse.







Looks like they used a fry bar to separate the head from the block. You can see all the marks on the edges.
