That is good info. I had read somewhere that the fronts were 17.6 lb which I though was nice and light (but there was no proof).

Not sure where they get their info. They have the AP2 front wheels weight at 17.6 lb. That's almost 3 lb difference from what the OP's scales are showing. Which is correct? I don't think the OP's brake dust add 3 lb. What type of scale are you using?

Using a postal scale, good up to 70lbs and accurate to .2oz

I had also read the 17.6 and 20.5 for the rears but knew that they couldn't be that light, they just didn't feel that light. The v1's might be...idk. I've weighed several components with this scale and everything as shown to be accurate, example: the TRM C3 wheels I replaced my stocks with...each of them weighed 18.8 lbs +/- .1 which was just the difference from one wheel to the next.

Strangely on tire racks site they list only the black wheels as 18.8lbs which made no sense to me as to why black paint was .4lbs lighter than silver or dark grey paint. But apparently its an error on their part because the wheels do indeed weigh 18.8 lbs. If it WERE inaccurate it would be saying things were lighter than they really were, and I don't think the stock wheels are even heavier than that.

Here's what I'll do, I weigh a 10lb weight if its within .2 lbs I'd say its good.

That's good enough for me. Thank you for accurate info

How are those trm c3s? I was looking at getting some cause they are cheap, light, and look pretty good. I assume you got 17X9 +62 X4. Do you have any pics installed?
